I have heard …
I have heard something similar, but it was eat anything you want until 12, then just fruits and veggies after. I think Khloe Kardashian said that. Sounds too much like a fad diet though I don’t think it would work over a long period of time.

When you loose water weight, it isn’t permanent because as soon as you drink some water, you have gained it back.

I don’t even like chocolate milk and this is the closest thing IMO to drinking a chocolate bar : )
